Serengeti Spirit Adventure is not responsible for:

  • Transaction fees charged by payment providers

  • Currency conversion charges

  • Processing delays caused by financial institutions

6. Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling policies are governed by the Serengeti Spirit Adventure Booking Policy available on our website.

7. Safari Risks and Assumption of Risk

Participation in safari tours involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

By participating in a safari organized by Serengeti Spirit Adventure, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.

All guests are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

Transportation may be provided directly by Serengeti Spirit Adventure vehicles or through vetted local partners.

10. Photography and Media

​

During safaris, photographs or videos may occasionally be taken by guides or staff for promotional purposes.

By participating in a safari, guests agree that they may appear in marketing or promotional materials, including:

  • Website content

  • Social media

  • Promotional publications

Guests who prefer not to appear in such materials should notify us in writing before the safari begins.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the intellectual property of Serengeti Spirit Adventure Ltd, including but not limited to:

  • Brand name and logo

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Wildlife movement affecting safari operations

  • National park closures

  • Border restrictions

  • Government orders

  • Strikes or civil unrest

  • Natural disasters

  • Epidemics or pandemics

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust itineraries or offer alternative arrangements where possible.

14. Termination of Services

Serengeti Spirit Adventure reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service at its discretion

  • Cancel bookings if necessary for safety or legal reasons

  • Remove disruptive guests from a safari without refund

  • Modify or terminate services due to operational necessity or force majeure

15. Governing Law
